China’s new World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization. It is now being reported that the United States is prepared to warn 35 partner nations not to cooperate with China in the global race for artificial intelligence.
The U.S. State Department is coming against Beijing’s World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization, (WAICO). The U.S. will punish nations that violate the Pax Silica by withholding U.S. advanced AI models, semiconductor supply chains, and critical mineral partnerships.
Nations that share technology with China and its allies in the race for AI supremacy will not be allowed to benefit from the U.S. Pax Silica framework. Kazakhstan joined the U.S. led coalition in June. Then it to signed a Chinese AI agreement.
Beijing is inviting nations into a coalition promising access to China’s research and other resources. AI has become like a new arms race and the Globalist dream is about to divide into two separate worlds.
Biosecurity & Surveillance Concerns. The biggest questions involve whether the free world can develop the advanced AI infrastructure without becoming the victim of the new system. AI opens new avenues for infiltrating various private and public systems. Protecting those systems will require more intrusive surveillance at every turn. Trusting the folks that design AI systems may be a bridge too far considering the history of illegal surveillance, the creation of Covid 19 and other recent revelations regarding R & D, psychological operations, and surveillance funded by the intelligence community.
Note: AI can now create new viruses in major “biosecurity concern.” Scientists at Stanford used an AI model called Evo to generate 700,000 viral genome blueprints, then synthesized 285 of them.
Sixteen produced viable, replicating viruses never seen in nature. The viruses pose no human threat. Nevertheless, biosecurity experts warn the same approach could theoretically be used to engineer dangerous pathogens. Regulatory guardrails hardly exist & interoperability strategies are needed to guard against new biological warfare agents.

China already has a system of social credits managed by algorithms and AI controlled surveillance. Some proponents of the tipping point philosophy believe that technology is inexorably leading us into a Libertarian version of government in which people will choose to live in domains that deliver government services administered via an AI model of governance. The systems perceived as more favorable than other alternatives will attract affluent residents who can afford to support innovative lifestyles. Epstein was moving in exactly such a direction, albeit in a very perverted manner. The role of AI may not have been prominent. Nevertheless, Epstein’s extensive interest in advanced technology attracted people like Bill Gates who were also involved in biological research.
There are Leftwing schools of such thinking while, on the other hand, some varieties of the Technocratic model are said to be on the Right. Wherever all this is headed, the fact that the U.S. is fostering a revolution in such advanced technology raises the issue of how certain Silicon Valley personalities might shape the architecture of these upcoming systems.
